Privacy Policy

Client Privacy: Upon signing of model release, clients are subject to gallery pictures being used for any promotional, media or artistic expression by the photographer, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Artistic Rights: The photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client. Clients may only use photos for personal use such as family prints and personal social media unless permitted by photographer for other such use.

Archive: After three (3) months, all ordered images will be purged from photographer’s drive, except as needed for promotional purposes. The Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.

Photographic Materials: All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the photographer.
