Terms of Service

All clients will be emailed a contract upon booking. Failure to sign a contract may result in losing session date/ time.

Retainer and Payment: Client agrees to pay retainer fee at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. If there is a balance, it is due before/ or at the time of the session.

Cancellation: No refunds will be given, but you may transfer your session to another party or use your credit on file for a future session.

Late Arrivals: Any client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.

Re-shoots/ Refunds: Are determined at the discretion of the photographer.

Delivery: Gallery delivery is dependent upon what timeline has been stated in contract, as different projects offer various turn around times.
